Jaggery is unrefined sugar commonly made from sugarcane or palmyra palm. Our jaggery is made by evaporating the juice or sap of the Palmyra tree. They have been used traditionally in Ayurveda and recipes as a sweetener because of its multiple health benefits.
No, absolutely not! We do not need to add any artificial flavourings or colours to make our product taste great.
Coconuts are a source of heart- healthy fat and does not have any trans-fat or cholesterol.
Only perfectly ripe coconuts are handpicked and cracked open and the coconut flesh is sliced thin. We then add a dash of palm jaggery and a tinge of cardamom for some extra oomph.
Our chips are not toasted or fried in any oil. They are dried. Period.
